Russell and his team are great people.  I own a printing company and for the A/C to be down when it is 90 degrees causes us to have loss with humidity soaring and ruining paper, rusting metal surfaces and causing machines to jam.  Russell understands this and he made several trips to Little Rock to make sure he had all of the equipment that needed to be replaced there the next day.  He replaced our condenser and coil and had us back up and running in  a day and a half with no loss of product. I called LSC because my AC unit was hit by lightning and I wanted a 2nd opinion. They also let me know that my unit need to be replaced. What made them different was they gave me many options as well as recommendations for my unit that is in my attic. I decided at that point to go with them. They came out quickly and were very knowledgeable and nice. I decided to purchase a new AC unit with LSC and they did not disappoint! They came out early to install the new unit and did a very good job. They stayed in contact with me and also followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was working as it should.
