A Long History Of Professional & Affordable Service In Arkansas

We realize that mechanical systems today are far more
complex than ever and energy costs continue to rise, but we have the experience to help.

Our company was founded in 2010 by Russell Ivy and Andrew Ivy. Their experience comes from more than 20 years of working commercial and industrial equipment, including working for two manufacturer service companies.

They started the company wanting to offer something that was getting hard to find-dependable, high quality work and service that he would be proud to put their name on.

The company is a member of the local Chamber of Commerce and is active in the local community.

A couple month's ago, my AC unit went out and a friend recommended someone to me (i will leave their name out). This person came out and fixed end connectors and replaced something else. I really didnt feel comfortable since my friend never used this person before. I ended up spending $350.00 for the repair. Just a couple weeks ago, my AC went out again. I decided to not use the same person I had previously. I reached out to Lonoke Service Co, and made an appointment. I really thought this would be a come and go situation as it was with the other guy. But, I was wrong.....very wrong. I was sent text messages of when the tech would arrive at my house, when he arrived at my house, and when the service order was completed. This technician spent at least 3-4 hours at my house. Not only did they fix the problem, but noticed some other issues that were fire hazards waiting to ignite. They also cleaned my coils to my unit. This company is very straight forward with their customers. I love the professionalism of the tech. We even got measurements to get an estimate on getting a new unit, because I have a much older unit. They gave us a heads up that we will need a new unit since the freon from my unit is no longer available. I recommend Lonoke Service Company. They are very thorough with the job they were called to do. I was not disappointed this time as I was the first time with the first person.

Just over a year ago Russell and his team installed a mini split system our home . Our old system was 30 plus years old . Our old system was of course not efficient and our cooling bills were in the 200 dollar range and heating was about the same . With the new system it is way more efficient it keeps our home evenly cooled and heated . Our bills are half of what they were. We would recommend Russell and his team for all of your HVAC needs .
